14 CFR Part 3

U.S. Agent Service

If your physical address is outside the USA, you may need a U.S. Agent to maintain your FAA privileges. We can serve as your U.S. Agent.

Do I need a U.S. Agent?

Under 14 CFR Part 3, certain certificate holders whose address of record is outside the United States are required to designate a U.S. Agent for service. If this applies to you, the FAA needs a U.S. point of contact on file.

Not sure whether the rule applies to your situation? Check the regulation directly on the eCFR, or email us and we'll point you in the right direction.
